**AcousticRoom, a New Concept of Audiophile Room Presented by Sangji Construction and Acoustics Space**

Sangji Construction, a leader in luxury housing, and Acoustics Space, a specialized acoustic company, have unveiled a new concept of an audiophile room called "AcousticRoom." 

"AcousticRoom" is an all-in-one multimedia room where you can watch movies, listen to music, read, and relax, and it will be available as an option in Sangji Construction's premium residential complex "Kyleum Escala" for the first time in Korea.

Developed as a futuristic essential space concept where you can comfortably enjoy and relax within the home of an apartment, "AcousticRoom" is meticulously designed and supervised by Acoustics Space's sound experts based on precise acoustic measurement and data analysis to provide the best sound quality experience anywhere inside the room.

Additionally, it features a custom natural light lighting system and the latest HVAC air conditioning system that adjusts temperature, humidity, and oxygen concentration according to the customer's biological rhythm, offering immersion and relaxation as if listening to music in nature. Moreover, it incorporates an ergonomic layout and Kyleum's unique modern classic design.

Acoustics Space is a company composed of experts in architectural acoustics and electro-acoustics, mainly handling large concert halls and opera house projects. When Acoustics Space initially proposed the construction of "AcousticRoom" for apartment use to Sangji Construction, there were concerns about sound insulation and vibration caused by high-quality sound implementation, but these concerns were alleviated thanks to Sangji Construction's technology.

Most luxury homes have large floor plans, so major spaces like living rooms and kitchens are designed without columns for openness, which inevitably causes noise due to heavy impacts. Sangji Construction applied its patented "embedded beam for impact noise reduction" technology to solve this problem. By applying the embedded beam structure in the form of a column frame, it enhances the rigidity of the slab (SLAB) and solves the problem of heavy impact noise.

Through the collaboration between Sangji Construction and Acoustics Space, they were able to develop "AcousticRoom," which minimizes not only inter-floor noise but also noise between rooms, making it a space that does not disturb neighbors and family members in an apartment.
